The Strength and Endurance Circuit

The milon Strength-Endurance Circuit is THE heart of the milon training principle. Just two rounds of the circuit in 35 minutes provides your clients with a balanced total body training that cannot be surpassed for simplicity, safety, and effectiveness.

The Strength Circuit

The milon Strength Circuit is all about effective muscle development. Unlike with strength-endurance training, this exercise activity is characterized by shorter exertion intervals and a higher muscle load.

30 seconds of exertion, 30 seconds of rest. With this typical rhythm, a round of the milon Strength Circuit lasts between six and twelve minutes. And even though it goes by quickly, you still train all the muscle groups with great intensity. Precise and to the point.

The Cardio Circuit

The milon Cardio Circuit is all about your heart: if it is beating too fast, the intelligent milon equipment can automatically switch to a “lower gear” and reduce the intensity and vice-versa. This way, you can always train in the ideal pulse range for you and your training goals.

The Milonizer

The Milonizer then sends these measurements to the milon CARE software and the universal milon ‘brain’ takes care of the rest: the fully automatic pre-setting of all connected milon equipment in order to begin training more quickly than ever before.
