Milon is distributed in the UK & Ireland by Fitness & Health Solutions Ltd (FHS) a company that has over 25 years’ experience in the health & fitness industry.

FHS combines the extensive knowledge of Raf Swerts who has worked with Milon since 2004 and has been the distributor for Milon in Belgium and Holland and who has sold over 250 sets of Milon Circuits since 2010, with Stuart Davis who has worked within the UK fitness industry since 1987 and brings to the company a broad depth of contacts and a wide variety of experience.

As a Private Members Health & Fitness Club, we already offered a multitude of facilities, including:-  25 metre Swimming Pool, full range of CV and Resistance Equipment, 3 Studios offering 80+ Classes per week, Wellness Treatments, Crèche and a Cafe Lounge, so the way in which we intended to introduce a Milon circuit, needed to be well thought out.
